A developers programme is in place, as we recognise that developing for tv internet is more complicated than on pc. After a commercial agreement is in place, you will be contacted by the ntl Content Delivery Manager, who will be your main development contact throughout the production process. The Content Delivery Manager will help you towards ensuring the following before you start development; If you are a local authority, continue reading: On May 17th 2002, ntl signed a non-exclusive agreement with MMTV for procuring Local Authorities for ntl’s DTV interactive service. In addition to facilitating Local Authorities for ntl’s iDTV service, MMTV will also account manage the Local Authorities' relationship with ntl during the term of the agreement. MMTV will produce a standardised template, which Local Authorities’ will be able to use to develop their interactive DTV service on NTL’s platform. The template has been specifically developed to improve Local Authorities’ speed to market, to remove testing time and to standardise customer experience.
