These servers cache pre-translated content. Again the issue is for partners to have a cache management policy that works with ours.

Restricted access to the Internet is also managed on these servers via a 'white-list' of allowed domains.

The cable network consists of a fibre-optic backbone with coaxial links to customer’s homes. This architecture is referred to as a Hybrid Fibre Coax, or HFC network and provides high speed two-way connectivity for interactive services.
